Experience 360-degree panoramic tours with 3D glasses

Invite your customers to take a virtual tour of your production facility, plant or company. Your customer does not need an app for this. The panoramas are available for use with and without 3D glasses, are based on photos and films and can be accessed directly via your website. We also fly our drones to lofty heights to produce high-resolution aerial panoramas.

The way it works is absolutely intuitive: if you rest your eye on a marked point in the panorama, you change your position via eye tracking and can thus enjoy a fascinating round tour. Virtual showroom for a mechanical engineering company

RLS jakobsmeyer GmbH recreates all machines for virtual reality applications for an international company. The impressive quality of the VR realisations convinced the management, so that all new machines, including the original sound, are now being recreated and simulated with all functionalities. Thanks to virtual reality and augmented reality, the internationally active mechanical engineering company based in North Rhine-Westphalia has succeeded in bringing complete production systems to life virtually. Normally, the machines leave the production halls after a few months and are then installed internationally at the customer's premises. "We then only have a few photos, but we can't show new customers how they work in the way that is possible with new technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality and the Hololens," says a company spokesperson. RLS installed a virtual showroom with wireless HTC Vive glasses at the customer's company headquarters. The machines were placed in a virtual factory hall, which was modelled on the "real production halls". Customers can now operate all the switches on the machines virtually. Production is recreated at real speed. The surfaces are photorealistically recreated, creating an authentic feeling of standing in front of the machine. Further machines are currently being implemented. "This is how VR and AR make sense and bring real added value for companies," argues Detlef Jakobsmeyer.
